Faith In The Brakes is the first single and title track from Sharp Class' upcoming third album. Recorded at Electric Bear Studios, Mansfield, mixed by Oli Orton and mastered by J P Braddock, the single has been released as a double A-side along with 'Stick To Your Guns' on streaming sites and 7" vinyl via Heavy Soul! Records.

The song, written by Oli Orton, is from the point of view of someone who is stuck in an extreme tunnel-vision mentality. Oli came up with the phrase "Faith In The Brakes" whilst songwriting. The phrase set up the rest of the song and its lyrics, and became the name of the third album, loosely tying into the band’s ethos of moving forward and focusing on their path, now being on their third independent studio album.
